Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled about the beautiful rooms in a separate annex, although the lack of wifi reception was a drawback. The helpful and friendly service made our stay memorable, but the noise and sporadic air conditioning were a bit of an inconvenience. The outstanding location added to the charm of the hotel, being conveniently located near the Centro Storico and a bridge away from The Oltrarno.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were disappointing with poor soundproofing and sporadic AC, the location was perfect, and the service was excellent. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were okay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very nice with a large bath, which was a great bonus, but it was incredibly noisy and only sporadically air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable at times. The separate annex location was hard to access with no WiFi reception, which was a drawback.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room, which was located conveniently just down the hall from where my friends stayed. It was quiet and lovely, especially considering we received a refund for one night. However, the breakfast area tended to get a bit crowded around 9 am.
The hotel feels like a hidden treasure in the heart of Florence. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, but accessibility could be better for guests with mobility restrictions. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist with every need, from dining recommendations to ensuring a delightful continental breakfast daily. The location is unbeatable, offering a beautiful view and easy access to all the top attractions, making it the perfect choice for a memorable weekend getaway.
